The Manager Starter Kit: Free Tools to Help You Lead with Clarity and Confidence
A Toolkit for Managers Who Want to Do Better - Not Just More Every manager remembers that moment - the first time someone calls you their boss.It’s...
I help leaders strengthen teams, simplify decisions, and accelerate product development through clear strategy, empathetic leadership, and practical software engineering expertise.
My career began in 2010 as a WordPress designer and developer at a small creative agency. Very early on, I realized my interest wasn’t just in building websites - it was in building people and systems that could scale. That mindset guided me through roles at larger digital agencies, a financial institution, and a global performance marketing company, where I led cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers across various industries, including finance, telecom, and technology.
Today, I serve as Head of Product and Co-Founder at Truvolv, a fast-growing tech company backed by investors and partners. I lead a team of twelve product and engineering professionals focused on building scalable systems and creating products that help our organization grow quickly and sustainably.
Over fifteen years in leadership, I’ve learned that success is rooted in clarity, empathy, and accountability. Great leaders don’t just manage - they coach, listen, and build systems that allow others to succeed. Whether I was leading a small engineering group or a 17-person multidisciplinary team, I found that trust and communication always outperformed process alone.
I’ve also learned that products and people evolve in similar ways - through iteration, feedback, and growth. When you invest time in understanding both, you unlock momentum that lasts longer than any single project or release.
I mentor because I’ve seen how the right guidance can completely change a person’s path. My passion is helping leaders and teams gain clarity, confidence, and purpose - equipping them with the tools to make thoughtful decisions and lead with empathy.
Whether it’s coaching a new manager on giving feedback or helping a team ship a product faster, my goal is always the same: to build environments where people and ideas thrive together.
How I Help Leaders Succeed
Leaders create clarity first by defining goals, expectations, and purpose before asking others to act.
Strong leadership starts with understanding people: their motivations, challenges, and what helps them grow.
Build processes that support people, not control them. Clear systems free teams to do their best work.
Trust builds momentum. When people feel trusted, they take ownership and lead with confidence.
Kickstart your leadership journey with ready-to-use templates, meeting agendas, and conversation guides that make managing people simpler and more effective from day one.

“In an industry where engineering resources are constantly stretched, Chace is a collaborative leader with the business and technical acumen to creatively meet business goals while deploying his team effectively.”

“Chace is an exceptional leader who combines deep engineering and business expertise with a rare ability to inspire and develop teams. He drives results, cultivates growth, and makes success genuinely enjoyable.”

“Chace Peckham has been such an important mentor in my development career. Through his guidance, I significantly strengthened my brainstorming skills, expanding how I approach problems creatively and collaboratively. Beyond just his technical expertise, Chace helped me develop and instill in myself leadership qualities, showing me how to inspire and guide a team. His support has been so important and shaped my profressional growth and confidence in the field.”

“In stark contrast to the posturing and 'CYA' politicking that often masquerades as 'leadership advice', Chace's counsel to me has always been marked by gravity, candor, and the unshakeable conviction that people are not cogs in a machine. I'd follow him to hell and back.”
